1.1. The owner of the Website is OKUBIKO.
1.2. The website obtains information about Users and their behavior through:

(b) voluntary inquiries and correspondence from Users

2.1. The person using the Website, including the person using the contact form, confirms that he has read the following conditions for the processing of personal data and about the rights that he has and voluntarily accepts them, including the purpose and scope of the data collected.

2.9. Your data is not processed in an automated manner and is not subject to profiling.
2.10. The scope of personal data collected includes:
(a) information provided by the User in the contact form and in electronic communication with OKUBIKO, including e-mail address and telephone number
(c) information provided by Users for the purpose of concluding contracts with OKUBIKO, including name and surname, PESEL number and address of residence
2.11. We do not require and collect your genetic, biometric data, information revealing ethnic or racial origin, political or religious opinions or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and health, sex life or sexual orientation data.

3. Information in Forms

3.1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the Website User.
3.2. The website may also save information about connection parameters (e.g. time stamp, IP address)

The data in the forms available on the Website are not disclosed to third parties other than with the consent of the User or on the terms set out in this Privacy Policy and are used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including the implementation of contracts concluded with the User or handling inquiries and communication with the User .
